Munya
Munya Muchati is a multi-award-winning choreographer, creative artist, and entrepreneur from Brighton. As the founder of Visual Poets (2013) and later Collective Culture (2018), he has built a platform for performing arts creatives to collaborate, develop, and showcase their work.
Munya has performed on some of the world’s biggest stages, including Hip Hop International Las Vegas, the largest hip hop dance competition in the world, and has been commissioned by Breakin’ Convention to create original work for their renowned arts festival.
His choreography blends innovation with storytelling, and his work as a teacher and filmmaker reflects his commitment to inspiring the next generation of artists. Passionate about connecting with audiences, he continues to push creative boundaries and elevate the dance community through bold, meaningful projects.
